b. Products must be new and be in stock in Australia.

All free shipping orders are sent by Australia Post' normal service. Express Post is available for a surcharge that will be calculated according to your order. This service is optional.

Tracking numbers are included with all Express Post orders. If a normal small sized order is sent in a bubble envelope, no tracking number will be provided. All other orders come with tracking numbers.
